Production Associate – Hiring Immediately (Manufacturing / Warehouse)

We are actively hiring Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse team. This is a hands-on role operating production equipment, preparing materials, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. If you have recent warehouse experience and want weekly pay, stable hours, and long-term growth, this position is an excellent fit.

Job Title:Production Associate
Location:Baltimore, MD 21219
Schedule: 6:45am–7:00pm or 6:45pm–7:00am (2:2:3 Rotating Schedule)
Pay Rate:$20.91/hr

Production Associate Responsibilities
- Operate bottling machinery and production equipment
- Cut and prepare bottles using designated tools
- Assemble, load, and transport Gaylord boxes onto the production line
- Break down pallets and remove discarded or damaged inventory
- Support general warehouse and manufacturing tasks as needed

Production Associate Requirements
- Recent warehouse or manufacturing experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
